Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in promoting rural economic development through the management of productive business units. However, BUMDes in Panjang Village, Kudus Regency, still faces several challenges in financial management, including inadequate transaction recording, suboptimal financial statement preparation, and the absence of regular financial statement reviews. These issues reduce the quality of governance, transparency, and accountability, thereby limiting effective decision-making and business development. This community service program aims to optimize BUMDes financial governance through assistance in preparing and reviewing financial statements. The implementation methods include needs assessment and observation, socialization, financial administration training, implementation of a simple spreadsheet-based digital bookkeeping system, mentoring in financial statement preparation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The innovation introduced is a user-friendly digital financial recording and reporting system designed to suit the capacity of BUMDes administrators. The expected outcomes include improved knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management, the preparation of more systematic, transparent, and accountable financial statements, reduced recording errors, and enhanced financial governance practices. Ultimately, this program is expected to strengthen the institutional capacity of BUMDes, support sustainable business development, and contribute to the economic growth and welfare of the Panjang Village community.
